You may choose to stay at one of the many hotels in Del Rio, so that you can also enjoy a few of Del Rio’s historical sites and attractions including:

Lodging at the Ranch

Of course you are welcome (upon availability) to stay in our inviting 2,000+ square foot "Trophy Lodge"… a hunter’s dream den with all the comforts of home. The lodge with full kitchen & bath, TV and VCR, a classic old time western bar and wrap around patio porches with breathtaking cliff-top views will ensure you have a truly heavenly hunting experience. The lodge sits directly across from the Main Ranch House, swimming pool, and of course our Texas size patio and rock fire pit add the finishing touch!

The Trophy Lodge:

The Trophy Lodge rents for $150 per night for two.
Additional persons will pay $25 per person/per night
(8 person maximum).

  • Check-in Time is 1:00 pm.
  • Check-out Time 11:00 am.
  • Minimum 3 day Booking on all Big Game Hunts.
  • Reservations are required.

Includes:

  • Modern lodging.
  • Continental Breakfast.
  • All transportation during the hunt.
  • Full service from our family & friends.
  • Field dressing & cold storage of trophies on site.
  • Transportation of trophies to a recommended taxidermist.
  • Rifle Range on the ranch.
  • Fishing (catch and release only).
  • Dove, Duck and Quail (in season only).
  • Open bar at the end of each days hunt.

 

What's not included in the Service Fee?

  • Hunting License
  • Shipping of meat, skins or horns.
  • Gratuities or ammunition.

Deposit:

Receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $500 per hunting guest and $100 per non-hunting guest will confirm your reservation. We will then send you a letter of confirmation.

  • Please complete the Pre-Registration/License Application. We will have it ready and waiting for your arrival. A signed liability release form will be required upon arrival at the ranch.

 

Weather:

During the period from November through January, the weather can be quite unpredictable from lows in the 20’s to highs in the 60’s! Hunter’s should equip themselves with appropriate cold weather gear including thermal underwear, insulated jacket, warm socks, boots, gloves, and something warm for the ears and head! Camouflage clothing is a must.

Check-Out

All hunts will be paid in full before leaving the ranch. Only cash, U.S. Bank cashier's checks, traveler’s checks, or credit cards accepted in camp. A 5% administration fee will be added if using a credit card. We do not accept American Express.
